Enquiries and quotes
When you contact us, we use the details and documents you provide to respond, prepare quotations and arrange product support. Required form fields help us handle your request. Gaborone enquiries go to salesgabs@panda.co.bw; Francistown enquiries go to sales@panda.co.bw.
Newsletter choices
Subscribing is optional. If you tick the newsletter box, you consent to your email address being added to PANDA’s marketing database and processed by Mailchimp for occasional product news and updates. We will not spam you or sell your email address. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in each newsletter. For new subscriptions, confirm your choice through the email from Mailchimp. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you automatically.
Documents and service providers
Attachments are temporarily checked by the website and sent to your selected branch by email. Temporary website copies are deleted after sending or an error. Copies in branch mailboxes may be retained for the enquiry and related business records. Hosting, email and Mailchimp providers process information to deliver their respective services; processing may occur outside Botswana.
Cookies and local storage
Necessary anti-spam cookies help protect forms. A first-party preference cookie remembers your privacy selection for up to 180 days. No advertising or analytics trackers are included in this website package. Optional third-party embedded content stays blocked until you allow it. External social and map links open another website only when selected, where that provider’s privacy policy applies.
Change your choices
Use Cookie settings in the footer to reject optional content or change your preference at any time. Newsletter consent is separate from cookie consent.
Retention and your information
We retain enquiry information for as long as needed to handle your request and related business obligations. Newsletter consent records in this website are retained for up to two years, unless removed earlier. You can ask about access, correction or deletion by contacting your branch. Mailchimp retains newsletter records according to the audience settings and applicable service requirements.
